We value your privacy. Of course we also comply with the privacy law. This means that your data is safe with us and that we always use it properly. We only process data that is necessary for the processing of our services. The data you provide to us is stored on the secure servers of WIX. 

When you register for one of our services, we use your personal data. Your data will be included in the administration of DOK LABS. This data is processed internally and used for responsible customer management and responsible business operations, such as being able to register participants, processing payments and sending information about routes, programs or related information. Personal data that you make available to us for the benefit of our services will be shared with payment providers. Personal data that we use to process your registration are payment details, name and address details, e-mail address and telephone number. The data required to process your registration will be kept for 7 years due to the fiscal retention obligation. We also use your email address to send any follow-up emails or reminder emails. 

We work together with various payment providers to handle registrations and bookings. They will only ask for information from you that is necessary to complete the payment. Data that you enter during registration or registration or sending a message will be stored. We therefore use a secure SSL connection.

Third parties such as program counselors, coaches and teachers who are directly involved in the guidance of customers/participants can view (part of) your personal data.

If social media buttons are included on our website and you click on them, the administrators of these services collect your personal data. 

With the exception of the parties mentioned above and involved supervisors/persons, we do not provide your personal data to other companies or institutions under any circumstances. We make an exception to this if we are legally obliged to do so. 

We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our website. Google may not use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. Data is deleted via Google Analytics after 14 months. 

Most browsers are set to accept cookies by default, but you can set them to refuse all cookies by default or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some features and services may not function properly if cookies are disabled in your browser. You can indicate on our site which cookies you want to disable.



Customers/participants have the right to access and rectify their personal data. DOK LABS. complies with the Personal Data Protection Act (CBP). Customers/participants who no longer wish to receive information from us can send an email. There is always an unsubscribe option in the email of our newsletter.
